1. About LoopedED

LoopedED is a platform enabling universities to manage enquiries and communicate with prospective students via WhatsApp through chatbot and messaging tools.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to LoopedED’s website, tools, and services.
• “User” refers to universities, university representatives, or authorised individuals using the platform.
• “Prospective Student” refers to individuals whose data is managed through the platform.
• “We/Us/Our” refers to LoopedED.

3. User Responsibilities

By using LoopedED, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering for an account.
• Safeguard account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes, complying with GDPR and other applicable laws.
• Obtain proper consent from prospective students to process their data via LoopedED.

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws.

4. Data Privacy

The processing of personal data on LoopedED is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our Privacy Policy.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:

• You breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Your use poses a security risk or violates laws.
• We receive evidence of unauthorised or unethical use of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the platform (software, branding, design, text, etc.) are owned by LoopedED or its licensors. Users retain ownership of data uploaded but grant LoopedED a licence to process it for platform functionalities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LoopedED is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or interruption caused by platform use, unless due to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for platform access in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoopedED against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Unauthorised data uploads or breaches of GDPR.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Violations of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be communicated via platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
